Returns within 7 Days

You have a 7-day return period starting from the day you receive your order. However, please note that Naths (Nose Pins) and Toe Rings are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

After that, select the unused products which you do want to return and raise a return request.

If your return request is accepted, immediately ship the product back as safely as you received it.

Please ensure that the returned products are in the same condition as when you received them, including the original Asp Fashion Jewellery packaging, tags, and bill.

Please note that there is a returning fee of 10% And Handling fee for sending the parcelย  which will be deducted at the time of refund, or you will have to pay the fee at the time of exchange.

Refund Process

Upon receiving and examining the return shipment at our facility, we will process the refund to the same account used for payment. For cash on delivery (COD) orders, you will need to provide your bank details to receive the refund amount.

Please note that it usually takes 24 working hours to process the refund, and it may take an additional 4-5 working days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
